SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri. Minimum order is £10. Once an order has been placed, this will be fulfilled within 5 to 7 business. During the christmas period please expect delays. Your order should arrive within 3 working days of being sent.

For customised orders please allow up to 10 days.

 

Delayed/Lost/Misrouted Orders

If there is an issue with an order that has not arrived when expected, a case will be opened by Immie Jones  with Royal Mail, and the customer will be updated throughout. If a claim is successful the funds will then be sent to the customer for reimbursement.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), homeware items (such as candles) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

 

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
